I listened. I read. I concluded. It seems this simple. California has been a liberal experiment now for the better part of 20 years. Look at the State Government and the national voting record. Now look at the results. Businesses are fleeing the state. Highest taxes in the country. Nearly bankrupt. One of the poorest education systems in the country.
Is this the type of America we want? If the Democrats control the House, the Senate, The Supreme Court and the White House - this is where we are headed. You decide. If you live in California or know anyone who does - ask them if they are better off. Democrats cannot blame anyone but themselves for the mess we are in here.
California is a precursor to America if we continue to chase the Liberal Dream.

Maybe we are in a mess because of the Republicans being in office for 8 years! The whole country is in a mess not just California.

We are in a mess because government cannot tolerate self determination. They have to tax productivity to get money to redistribute to needy. Who is needy? In the liberal worldview, everyone who makes less than $250,000 a year. Dropping quickly to $150,000 or lower.
Let the free market determine the winners. And then let the winners, help the others through generosity and caring - using churches and other mission groups to assist those in need.
